Jokes can still be ******, patriarchal and offensive. The worst kind.
I get what you're saying, but jokes are subjective. What one may take as offensive another could take as a funny joke. In any event, I don't think that all of this bashing is fair when we don't even know what was said and what extent it was taken to.
Basically I don't believe it was as bad as the woman is saying.

What's even worse is that he would not tell jokes like that if people didn't laugh. When a comedian does a set that doesn't go well at all, they scrap it and find new stuff. The fact that he tells jokes like this shows that people are actually laughing at it, which is terrible. It's one thing to make a joke about rape, but to laugh at a joke about rape is even worse.
At the same girls who make domestic abuse jokes about Rihanna on the daily suddenly finding pedestals.

RIGHT!? I'm so SHOCKED that of all places, ATRL is suddenly drawing the line and **** when it comes to offensive jokes. I've seen people on here call little monsters little cutters, MERCILESSLY DRAG eachother over ****ing ALBUM SALES or some stupid materialistic **** that not even their fav cares about, but when someone wants to mention rape in a comedy act that got taken out of context all hell breaks loose?
I hope he gets raped himself, personally.
