I have only noticed this thread 5 minutes ago! And I am a certified STAN! Have been for 16 ****ing years. I'm glad the awards were canceled. Now they can be resurrected!!
In the OP, you will find a list of the categories which will be used for the awards along with a list of Cher stans on this site. I'd like you to PM a list of up to 5 nominees per category to me by 10:00pm EST on Saturday, December 6th; the top 3 to 5 nominees in each category will be shortlisted for the final voting lists and announced the following week.
Anyone may nominate but you may not nominate yourselves during this round of the process. No members who are currently banned for an extensive period (over one month) may be nominated; they'll probably miss the ceremony anyway.
