Absolutely embarrassing and horrific. The fact that the man who videotaped the incidence was indicted and the cop who illegally used a chokehold on Mr. Garner and killed him was not is an absolute disgrace for the US justice system.

This incident is not only about race, but there is a race issue in the US that negatively impacts minorities and Black individuals specifically.

No gOrl. This was a racist act by a racist cop who the NYPD already had to settle cases involving him on multiple occasions. It's documented. So I don't understand how you can come out with this comment.

White people like to subscribe to the idea that black people have super powers which required them to kill black people or treat them differently than everyone else. They need to stop.

You should be embarrassed to have posted this. Secondly you need to look up the history of the individuals involved in this case and in the case involving Michael brown. In both cases the police officers had a history of racist behavior. Darren Wilson was discharged from one area already and in this case the NYPD had already been sued on multiple occasions and paid out thousands of dollars worth of claims as it relates to the officers who killed Eric Garner.
