I own all her albums, so of course I get what you're saying. But what I meant by "one-album wonder" is that those records only sold as much as they did because of the momentum leftover from JLP.

For Under Rug Swept maybe, but Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie was a hit on its own IMO. "Thank U" was undoubtedly a massive hit.

But before we do that, I must add Alanis is one of the most talented singers AND songwriters ever, and has had a lot of brilliant recordings after JLP, I don't care if they were Diamond sellings or not.

I own them too. And the acoustic remake she did, which is beautiful, but, let's not antagonize Brit and Alanis in the sales department. They're not even alike, Alanis is a rock legend and Britney is the Queen of Pop, 2 different things.
