This is really tragic. I can't even imagine what she's going through. The loss of a pet is the loss of a loved one and it must be even worse when it happens in such a tragic matter.

Not at all. They are just eating their prey. It sucks that her dog had to die this way but for the coyote it was the food it needed.

If she saw her dog ripped it must have been pretty shocking once I saw a dog that was hit by a car and the dog ended up with his chest open and I couldn't cope seeing that I almost faint, it was really shocking to me

A dog ran in front of our car once, I was MELTING DOWN in the front until I saw that the dog had only ripped his paws slightly.

I hope people are being kind on social media. I hope Demi can move on from this, though the shock of losing a pet tends to hang around a while.
