As usual, you cannot see anything from a perspective that isn't your own.
Let's read into the tweet.
She said an unreleased song off Born This Way.
That phrase would indicate that the song is from the album, does it not?
Considering the fact that she wrote "Bad Kids" about the stories she heard while on tour, it wouldn't be a surprise to me that she did Bad Kids on a tour bus in one take.
Furthermore, as I already said, and I hope that after telling you the same information twice that you'll be able to comprehend it:
Bad Kids has not had a single release and remains an album track as of the moment. Therefore, making it an 'unreleased' track from Born This Way, the album (that also has alternate lyrics on a version we have yet to hear).
I'm not saying that I'm right, but it's certainly one way of interpreting that tweet.
Guess we'll wait till Christmas day.
I, however, am not getting hyped up superfluously because I'd rather not be excited just to find out it's an explicit version of Bad Kids.
Yes, let's put the conspiracies aside and wait for Christmas
On May 27, 2011, Gaga tweeted to a fan that she'll eventually release "Living On the Radio"; the only reason it wasn't included on Born This Way was because she wanted to "keep the pace of the album hard".
I wont get my hopes high
This bitch is the Queen of Trolling
Its prolly Bad Kids uncensored version
But last May, I heard interscope didnt allow her to put a song called 'Jesus is Gay' on the final BTW tracklisting.. Could this be it?
Jesus Is Gay
Releasing a song called Jesus Is Gay on CHRISTMAS would come off as even more pathetic and desperately attention-seeking than releasing Judas the same week as Easter.

I'm pretty sure she meant unreleased as in a song written for BTW, but didn't make the final tracklisting.
If it were indeed the extended version of Bad Kids, why not just say that.
