To everyone that is confused, she is allowed to release music with other producers, the whole issue was that she wanted to be completely separated from Dr. Luke. Yes, shes releasing this but it still has to go through him im assuming. Is he going to receive some compensation since shes still under his label? By supporting this song are you still supporting Luke? Thats what im confused about.
