That **** is scary, I've read some stories where people say they're frozen and there's these creatures (hallucinations) that sit on top of them while they can't move. There use to be a small Facebook group with people suffering from it and I read their stories and it was creepy as ****

I have them all the time & I'm pretty sure theyre spirits or something, occaisionally I get very scary,evil ones that scream & growl so close to my ear, I used to panic & try to lift myself out of the paralysis but this made it worse, at one stage I had them daily I was so sick of it one day & finally said "F off" and miraculously it did, instantly...so dont be afraid of it..BUT having said that 2 nights ago I had one in the dark, i usually only have them in the day anyway it was a sinister one & I woke up so cold my bones ached...so I lay on my side and I think this angered the 'spirit' as it couldnt do its paralysis thingy on me so instead things started to fall of my wall a few hours after I fell asleep, my necklaces hanging off a hook fell to the floor with a loud bang it woke me up...whatever it was did not want me to sleep!
