Not to mention they have bigger attendance and gross in parts of Europe and South America.
The SB can help you in the US but that's about it, nobody outside of it cares about it.

Even if she can fill like 80% of it, she shouldn't do it. Joanne is a very interactive album, and she should do arena tours, even if she has to add 2 dates for one city rather than one with a stadium.
