iHype, if you're here, how is the list compiled?
It's just based on 64 members you feel have shined and been relevant the past year. I get two people to help me with the list and tell me who should be in it so it's not just a dictatorship + I tried to put as many new people / people who were never included. I took off people who weren't as active, or have been in it 2-3+ times before.
it felt like the last one was this year
