I'd also say The Family Jewels, but that might just be me (the album isn't very cohesive so some songs could be filler). Electra Heart definitely isn't filler free even if I like it. The best songs are the ones that don't even really match the album theme (Sex Yeah) or album sound (Buy the Stars).
Both of Marina's albums are filler-free tbh! And both sounds so different! She's so amazing.

I know it sounds stupid because she is my fave but TFJ was all about who to be and who no to be which is reflected in every song.
And every song on Electra Heart is part of the album concept making it not a filler.
Oh and although I'm not a fan of Madonna Bedtime Stories feels fillerless
