Yeah we are pretty much at a cold war with China. It's our own fault though, we awoke that beast. Whether they expand their military or economy they are going to surpass us in one way or another and it's our own fault. We sparked their economy and tried to make them more capitalist. It's what is re-igniting their imperialism. They seem to scale back eventually though. I.E. Taiwan and Nepal.
Russia IDK. Putin is a hot head but seems wreckless. Russian economy is so messy I hear, he needs to focus back on it rather than his stupid regime and thinking all these foreign interest will save a collapse.`
