Gaga actually referenced old works of art. Katy literally threw together a messy outfit. Stay fuming.
Katy's outfit is a piet mondrian print, but lets be real, Katy probably didn't even know that when she put it on, so we should probably go easy on her. The hair, however, is 100% Gaga and A+ to MTV for taking notice.

She does look quite allot like a more colorful BTW era Gaga. That's not shade by the way, I don't care if Katy looks like Gaga in one pic. Gaga certainly isn't the Queen of originality.
i mean that in my opinion Katy look is better that all the looks that gaga serve this era, so i agree with them, Katy look is what artpop should be is a shame that she delivered what gaga was trying to achieve, i mean lets compare
