Ah, negative. You are not allowed to unfairly accuse the public of taking Gaga seriously when Gaga mentions that her meat dress symbolizes the repeal of "don't ask, don't tell" and that her egg was "giving birth to a new generation." Oh, so Gaga can take her "performance art" seriously and give these, in my opinion, contrived meanings behind them, but
we are not allowed to take her seriously? We're just supposed to hear Gaga explain her concepts with depth and seriousness, but when we see them, we're supposed to say to ourselves, "Oh, that's just Gaga being silly." That's a contradiction, beau.
