We'll have to wait to see the complete ruling because blackground couldve released her but kept the songs she recorded while signed to their label.
If she wants to put the studio version of Thinking Out Loud on iTunes as a kind of get the ball rolling thing I would be more than happy to pay some serious money for it. So glad she is free. My most anticipated album of 2014 has just been confirmed.
