Janet should be included in the list. With adjustments to ticket prices/inflation the Rhythm Nation Tour grossed over 260 million! The highest gross for a debut tour without adding extra legs. And the Janet tour even more. How can they leave her out like that?

According to Billboard : "Dating back to November of 2009, Lada Gaga's 200 reported Monster shows grossed $227.4 million and drew 2.5 million people, according to numbers reported to Billboard Boxscore. Depending on how several other tours shake out this year, Monster Ball is flirting with becoming one of the top 10 highest-grossing tours of all time." the 227 million came from Monster Ball only.

I don't understand why you are saying they are combining 2 tours.
