If Brit's next tour grosses lower than FFT then yes her tour gross is declining.

Right now, her tour gross declined but it's not yet declining. We need 2 consecutive low grosses to consider it declining.

Beyonce's singles:

Sweet Dreams = 10
The other next three singles of I Am SF failed to crack top 50
Every 4 single failed to crack top 10

Now we have 6 or 7 Beyonce singles flopping now that is declining

And about album sales, all suffers from declining album sales.

According to you, FF tour grossed a little more than half of Circus tour. How is that not a decline? And Britney's album sales are declining also. If you honestly think Femme Fatale is an increase in sales for Britney....ch....you're beyond help. How did 4 outsell Femme Fatale with no hits and no tour? And there was little to no promo for singles after RTW. Didn't Femme Fatale have three Top 10 hits, yet it still couldn't match 4's sales? QUEEN BRITNEY HER SELLING POWER.
