I don't think there is a magic answer for that really. I would only think of being forced into more social situation where you have to be social to be successful. Examples: simple sports like Track & Cross Country, Band, Debate teams, etc
Sleeping without a pillow and sitting down less often has been shown to help elongate the spine. Well probably help add 1-2 inches in the long run. Thou if u have bad habits here, it might curve ur spine to make u appear shorter

I really don't have a problem with how tall I am. I'm fine with it. I would like to be taller though.

I don't know. That's all I've ever heard though. My mom's family is fairly tall, but she isn't at all. She started drinking coffee at a very young age.
Helpful, but like I wanna get myself out there a bit more. People who aren't close with me think I'm a snobby bitch as I don't talk to them..
I'm the same way and honestly I think the only way is through practice/repetition. Force yourself out of your comfort zone. You'll feel awkward as **** at first but eventually you'll get used to it.

Sitting longer than a few hours at a time puts a lot of pressure on your tailbone and that area of your spine. Hunching over makes your spine curve and you lose some inches there. Having an extra fluffy pillow tilts your spine by your neck upwards for extended periods of time so that it curves. A straight line covers more distance than an equal but curved one
