So I've been going since about the end of April and I've started to notice improvements on myself. My friend needs someone to be a swimsuit model/eye candy for his friends booth they're going to have setup during World Pride in Toronto at the end of the month.
Question is, what good things can I do for the glutes? I do a lot of squats using weights (up to 50 lbs now), stairmaster and I do a class at my gym which is a lot of core workout as well (my abs have resurfaced and I'm getting my v cut back, but its definitely more defined
). I'm a lot tighter than before, but is there anything I can do go beyond?
