Just because you like a song doesn't mean it's good enough to be a single. It has to be strong and has to appeal to a wide range of people.
Rabbit Hole, Feel Myself and Boys Don't Cry don't sound like singles. They probably are good album tracks and sound great but if they are good enough to become a single and be successful is another thing.
I think songs like Trouble, Saturday Night and Stop Me would be more liked. She said those are the songs people would like.
TBH I don't see Natalia slaying the charts. She will either remain at the same chart success she achieved with her last record or lower. For her to with some success, she needs a good amount of promo to let the GP know who she is and she needs to get a couple of gigs at festivals like V or Oxygen. I really want this gurl to succeed as I love both her new sound and her old. She just needs a big push.
Her current approach of trying to be Worldwide just isn't working and I don't really understand why they aren't focusing on a specific market. It's a lot easier to crack the UK than the US and I genuinely believe that she could have some success here if she puts some effort into it (and she's British herself, so it should be even easier than a foreign act). And surely it would be better to have one market that is supporting you, than have none
like i said i think her team leaked it on purpose. this song is kind of like a "character building" kind of song. and a character/clear image is what she really needs right now.... before she start to promote the album.
Love her but when is she going to give me some actual singing? I have yet to see ONE single thing from her new stuff that isn't just her talking over an instrumental. Weak.
