The track si actually her imo. DJWS pitched it to hide that it was her. His tweets show that they planned this shizz out.

So this is what I think happened. Someone sent in their version of the song, DJWS liked it and asked Gaga to put her vocals over it. The heavy fat guy voice in the one DJWS posted is the pitched version of her vocals (think Azealia in Van Vogue) and the male voice you hear in the song is the fan. Obviously when pitched back, the bitch is exposed. keir:
