Plenty of news sources, including Rolling Stone, are referring to it as art. You don't have to like it, but it was performance art. You can think its terrible all you want, but that doesn't change what it was.
NONE of it was "art." I don't give a damn what the hell (T)Rolling Stone says or thinks, or any news sources for that matter. Many of the same news sources dragged her not too long ago.
Monsters think they're so slick with their "shade"
And Demi thinks she's slick with her preachy response. The performance had nothing to do with "glamorizing" eating disorders. Nothing in her performance was glamorous at all actually, that was kind of the whole point.
Yes, having a girl stick her fingers down her throat and then proceed to throw up as a part of a performance isn't glamorizing it at all
Sometimes, we have to take the stan glasses off and admit that our faves don't always behave correctly.
She announced before the performance that the song was about rape and rage. The entire thing was disgusting and messy, and the lyrics go hand in hand with that. Nothing about that was glamorous.

I missed the part where the girl binge eats before she vomits during the performance

As if anyone gives a damn about what your opinion is though?

Did the performance look desirable and/or glamorous? Most definitely not, according to the queens here. Did Gaga mention ED's at all? No, she didn't. Did Gaga say anything about throwing up being an awesome thing to do? No. Has any reputable source besides lifeless haters here and the oversensitive ala Demi came out and said she glamorized ED's during her performance? Nope. You tried though...as you always do.
To think I was a fan of hers. What an idiot. Gaga wasn't glamorizing ED's at all. They weren't even mentioned. Just because she relates throwing up to her issues doesn't mean Gaga is glamorizing them. Poor dat.
Just because Gaga does something completely weird and irrelevant with her performance doesn't mean it's art. Poor all people who feel the need to pretend that it is art
