IMO she's in a different lane to Kanye (and different to Flo Rida as well FYI). You can't really compare them. They're (mostly) black and rap - that's the only similarity imo.

She is the best hip-pop artist ever though.

Not really. Nicki Minaj is lyrically deeper than Flo Rida, has a better vocal and more acclaim. Most of all, she has ownership over her music. Flo doesn't, and the public know that.

I stan for Flo Rida, but Nicki is the better artist in every way.

She may be one of my favorite artists too, but heeeell no, especially not recently. His hip-hop obviously continues to be next-level music and his 808s pop was unique and it stood out for its fresh and innovative sound. Not only that, but it involved a risk. Nicki's hip-hop is great but not anything game-changing yet (for the most part, at least) and her pop... well, it's not risky obviously and is quite hit or mess.

Love them both, but hell no.
