As stated in the video, this wasn't the first time they had approached this man wrongfully, and that he did absolutely nothing wrong to warrant such an attack. They did not have a warrant for his arrest, so they were not in their right to attack him or force arrest upon him. When he said that he could not breathe, they should have stopped.

Also, just some advice: Don't ever resist a police officer and do whatever he/she tells you to do. (within limits of course). You'll be alive and they won't be able to defend themselves by saying that you were being resistant when you file a complaint/sue them for stepping over their boundaries.

Yes, he had sold untaxed cigarettes in the past. Regardless, unless the man killed someone or was clearly about to kill some civilians or the officers, there is literally NO justifiable reason why he should have been MURDERED by these police officers. None whatsoever. End of story. He wasn't even putting up a fight for God's sake.
