There's also a song about the bad blood between Swift and another female artist called "Bad Blood": "'She did something so horrible ... I was like, 'Oh, we're just straight-up enemies.'" Doesnt change the fact they left the tour midway. Katy could have waited for Taylors tour to be over to contact them or hired other dancers. Even if they had history together. That in itself is a sketchy move,to swoop up dancers like that when they're already with someone else.

Are there receipts though that they went to the management asking for a better deal though? I didn't see that in the OP.

Regardless, while I agree that you should always get your better opportunity, screwing someone over isn't automatically forgiven because of that. It's like you told one group of friends you would go to the mall with them and you would drive. Then another group of friends ask you to come to the mall with them and they'll pick you up. At the last minute you cancel. Does the first friend group not care just because you got a better oppurtunity? The dancers were right to follow their opportunities. And Taylor/her management are right to be insulted and upset at someone snatching their dancers.

I understand if the dancers preferred Katy over Taylor. No beef on that. I also think Katy probably is a really nice person. But it is unprofessional to leave an artist's tour mid-way when you've been contractually obliged or hired to go the duration of a tour. If I was hiring someone in the future and I was aware that they had a tendency to do something like that, I probably wouldn't hire him/her because I would question how dependable he/she is.

I'm kind of surprised the dancers weren't contracted for the length of the tour. Seems like a fairly massive oversight.
