Anyway... I watched the video again and I still think it's messy. I realise its purpose is not to entertain but in my
opinion, if the shots were cleaner and concise, then it would more effectively convey its message.
I also think its sad how some of you in this thread can criticise certain artists but wholeheartedly embrace this message. It is about the freedom of expression and tolerance, yet in your minds you still have an ingrained concept of a pop hierarchy, totally invalidating others because you believe your 'queen' reigns supreme.

Absolutely correct - and the individuals who put forward those ideas developed past concepts. It is worth noting that none were singular innovators of any particular discovery. Tolerance transcends notions of ethnicity and sexuality, and it should be present in even so small a niche as pop music. If some people simply cannot learn to accept a variety of musicians and artists (who are so disconnected from their personal lives), how can they hope to accept the everyman?
