I love "The Gold Experience" ("Shhh" gives me chills); "Crystal Ball" is amazing, too. I really admire him for releasing "Emancipation", it has two of my favourites, "The Holy River" and "Somebody's Somebody".

What do you think about Phase Two? I love it!! Such a refreshing release after the lackluster Phase One...

I still need to listen to Emancipation, the length is just a bit intimidating. But I like his 90s output. The Gold Experience >>>.

I bought Phase Two but haven't listened yet! Phase one had 2 songs I reallllly loved (HARDROCKLOVER & 1000 X's & O's) and the rest was meh.

I agree, three discs can be a bit too much... I encourage you to listen to it.
It's not his best work, but it has some gems; and it's very personal...

Phase Two is more funky/jazzy, compared to Phase One. I was kinda disappointed when I saw the tracklist (he included some songs that were already released before), but in the album context they work.
