I am still not convinced that he has raped her. I am sorry, but I just don't see THAT. Not after all the mess that previously happened with her lawyer and the tweets of her mother that did her zero favour.
However, what I can imagine myself is that she agreed to do something, she regrets now and tries to use it against him.

I'll let the courts decide but I believe Dr Luke is innocent and that 'she won't be able to release and promote music' just reenforced my views. She just wants to get out of the contract. Kesha's track record is not excellent and her mom's also.

It's not him. The person tries to copy his style of posting from when he was on Pulse but Luke didn't even use smileys all of the time or "!!!" in every post.
It's a cute attempt tho.

She blamed SONY in court too for letting the sexual harassment happen. There is no way such a huge company like Sony who has several labels under them and many ties to the music industry will let Ke$ha ever be on the radio again.
