I think this is the Fear of Lonliness monster. If you listen to the lyrics it's like an abusive relationship (she looks good but her boyfriend says she looks a tramp etc.) but the girl doesn't leave because she's so scared of being lonely.

I'm not gonna lie, this song did not immediately catch me. So I can sort of see the perspective of all these people who gave it 1 listen and gave up.
However, after 5 listens I consider this to probably be the best song GaGa has ever done. Lyrically it kills all of her previous efforts. The music and lyrical mixture is so haunting. I like this new GaGa a lot more than the old. Hands down.
Well, I think it's the Fear of Death Monster just because she is talking with some dead celebs.

I don't think it is. The song itself tells the story of a girl who doesn't want her boyfriend to look at her. He degrades her and she only feels comfortable in the dark, where no one can see.
