Gary's point is, Bey is still a popular chick so obvs her old stuff will sell today. Now that's it quite clear she's almost on her way out music-wise, it will be a true test to see if CIL is as recurrent as the Hive claim.

Adele was a clear outlier in our time. Taylor isn't. Frozen also sold around 8 million. X by Ed Sheeren close too.

The Fame was rereleased. so was BEYONCE too so I guess 300K less than 4 mio doesn't mean anyhting in this comparison.
