I wouldn't hold out hope for a hit on this record anyway. Top 40 radio would be resistant to playing any sort of single from Cheek to Cheek for a variety of reasons:
1. It's not a genre they play
2. Tony himself is too old
3. Gaga isn't exactly popular among their demographics anymore
Also... The videos would likely be just studio recordings similar to what they did for The Lady Is A Tramp 3 years ago, which wouldn't attract a whole lot of views. And that's even if they did videos at all. Or released any singles.
The promotional campaign will probably be even more shallow than ARTPOP. I don't see there being many television slots since she will still be touring.
