While they shouldn't change the script just for him, Justin has every right to not feel comfortable enough to simulate sex with another man for the camera. It has nothing to do with being insecure or homophobic - if he's not comfortable doing it then leave it at that. Many other straight actors feel the same way.
Like every time something concerning the LGBT happens and he is asked, he just says something about loving everyone or something about god but............ Has he expressed like.... Support?
He seems like the type not to support but say that they aren't homophobic lol.

He's not the biggest supporter of LGBT and definitely not the most vocal but he has shown support for those affected by the Pulse nightclub massacre:
There was also an Instagram video he put up this year where someone called him gay and captioned it 'I'm not gay but if I was that's ok it's not an insult'
So what? Y'all act so desperate for straight men to associate themselves with gays I swear.
Get another actor and call it a damn day. Tbh though if this is true they probably would just change the scene to suit him, especially since they're the ones who came to him for this role.
If he doesn't feel like doing it, then he doesn't have to, simple.
And if he did it, some of y'all would be saying he's 'pandering to the gays'...
I never defend him, but I think you guys are doing too much in here...
