It's like when you're awake but can't seem to move or feel stuck for a short or in some cases long time it's crazy it happened to me a couple of times my head was stuck and i couldn't move i didn't know what it was until someone told me

Yeah I get sleep paralysis like all the time. Especially when I sleep facing the ceiling it's the scariest **** ever and it's also extremely annoying. I once bit my hand to try and get out of the state. I was just laying there and I knew I was awake.

Rihanna Nicki Katy Gaga Bey and Kelly- After The Grammy`s at Nicki`s House-
Ri, Nicki, GaGa, Katey Bey, and Kelly were all having an after party at Nicki`s house. Before they left the grammy`s Rihanna had noticed something following them, but she did not tell. Kelly went to the refrigerator to make sandwiches. Then as Kelly spread that white soft mayo all over her sandwich something knocks on the door. Kelly, stupidly drunk, answers it. There a man with a black mask and a big boner goes inside the house. Kelly desperately tries to snatch her Sandwich and Runs upstairs, unfortunately, her gym workouts didn`t help her in this sistuation, the man drags Kelly from her feet and murders her. Onika said that she had heard something down stairs, GaGa`s goes check`s it out and SCREAMS. Rihanna Runs to the 3rd floor with Beyonce & Katey and Onika run to the laundry room. Onika say maybe they can think run for it through the basement door. The two girls run as soon as they hear big footsteps smashing the floor. They attempt to open it but it was locked. Katy and Onika lock themselves in but it was no use the man was eventually gonna get in, Katy has this breakdown and faint to the floor. Nicki thinks maybe she could use katy`s body as bate. Nicki takes her glasses of and puts it on Katy. While the monster is in, Nicki hide behind one of the machines, then the killer aproaches to Katy and DEVOURS HER. Nicki Runs faster than Katy`s could ever get her º1`s singles. She runs out and the Beast follows her, she cries and says STOP IT the guy laughs and keeps on following her untill she couldnt and the she was chocked. Rihanna and Beyonce Stupidly Stay inside the 3rd floor waiting for their prince charming to save them. But instead their nightmare is who come throught that doorr, Beyonce and Rihanna scream Both of the Girls jump on him. Beyonce holds the guy while rihanna starts to kick him, but compared him they were just little ants. The man jumps on beyonce and attempts to stupidly push her of the balcony, but beyonce struggles to fight back, idioticly, the man throws himself down and dies. Beyonce was a finger away from falling but quickly grabbed on rihanna`s foot and said YOUR COMING TO HELL WITH ME, Rihanna shook her and tried but couldnt, Beyonce screamed YOUR NEVER GONNA GET A º1 WHILE YOUR ALIVE! so they all screamed their lungs out and died withing matters of seconds as the theyr fell from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor as their blood splattered everywhere. Unfortunately, Rihanna`s new album had debuted at º1 that week in the Billboard Hot 100 but was not alive to witness that momment. Beyonce`s new album was behind Rihanna that week also.

Yes I took a bite of my hand and I couldn't feel anything. It was all numb and I knew I did bite it because when I finally could move i felt my saliva.

Yeah, I heard that if you fall asleep facing the ceiling + not moving over at all you can experience it. I wanna try it but I'm too scared to.
And wow... It sounds creepy to be almost trapped in your own body.

This is so true. Every time it happens to me I see someone standing by my door. I once felt there was somebody robbing my house and I kept trying to get up to see if it was actually happening. I was so terrified.
