A few questions for the host/judges:
Do captains send their teammates a description like the teammates did to the captains?
The description the captains submit to the judges, is it a finalized group description or just of the captains?
Originally you stated the team has to agree on the team name. Does that still stand?

Agreed with Edge. My team is working on our entries but a team of this size coordinating across time zones is problematic in such a short time.

1. No, they write one for themselves but don't send them to the teammates.
2. This is what the captains have to submit:
- The team's name.
- All the member's descriptions plus the one which the captain wrote for himself.
- Final description of the group.
3. Yes.

As I began typing up our teams description, I remembered how much "formatting" plays an important roll in these challenges. If that's the case I'd prefer to step down as team captain seeing as how ALL of my future entries will be no prettier than the message you see now.

The formatting doesn't have roll as big as you think, but that doesn't mean you just sent the entry! Do couple of the basic things just, you know, fonts, collors, alignment, no big deal!
