Monica was done really wrong by her label. I'm not quick to blame the label most of the time, but in this case, it's their fault. JRFM showed so much promise. A female r&b song cracking the top 20 on urban is a huge achievement. Yet, they didn't promote it and they released the video months later. And then there was no second single or first week promo. I'm glad she's still going to be close to 40k despite this bad treatment though. Her power
