She's not late. They need to change the time on the tickets or alert fans of what time she really starts though beforehand. She has started and is starting EVERY SINGLE concert in North America between 10:15 and 10:30. This is not a case of her being unable to get up after she falls or memory loss.
If that's the case, then people need to be alerted beforehand. For waiting two and a half hours when she is specifically advertising that the concert starts at X:XXPM, is false advertisement and she is liable for prosecution. Look it up
