Media won't have to try too hard. See what they are doing with Tidal. Now that's not an excuse for Tidal underperforming but they are targeting Tidal because tidal is given them a reason. I certainly hope this alleged remixes to one another's song won't stop their. hopefully, they can collab on more things...there needs to be more unity in hip hop.
The best thing for Iggy to do is not respond on social media or in song. Let Nicki and Azealia do this...the urban culture is waiting for a diss against Iggy and this will look like a catfight type thing.
The urban community will love it.
The GP will make it news and then in a week it will be last weeks news unless they serve some ETHER legendary barz then it will live on. If she respond, GP will align it with her stooping down and catering to it when she doesn't have to... Her team better not allow her to either. In the urban community this savvy business decision will last the summer. If they perform it together at the BET awards...it will be a moment to remember or maybe summer jam or something. Iggy needs to endure this backlash and let it motivate her and re-energize her for her next era. You can't sell 20M records in one year, be nominated for major awards and win a few of them without being knocked off your pedestal a bit. it's happened to many...just have to be smart to not fight against backlash. Let it happen...
