It's not the hair color. Beyonce's bod was this color. It's the dark lips without an Eye Beat. Rule #1 when wearing a dark lip you MUST have a fierce eye beat to go along with it. She doesn't have on eyeshadow, eyeliner or any lashes, and that's a MUST when wearing a dark lip. Beyonce looks best with light and soft colors with a dramatic eye. Those pictures of B on her video set (which she looks gorgeous), that's a perfect example of how to wear a dark lip. Dark lip = dramatic eye.
Beyonce has been changing her hairstyle so much lately, that it really doesnt matter how she looks now.. Once she starts promoting her new stuff, thats where her look needs to be perfect. Now, she could even go bald and I wouldnt care too much ^^
It looks a bit dry but other than that it's okay. Nowhere near tragic. Overdramatic.
