I am a big fan of Dr. Fuhrman, and a proponent of the ANDI chart and his principles in Eat to Live. I even made an iPhone game based on the ANDI Chart.
Spending two years of life as a vegetarian, (when I too believed it was the ultimate answer) I'm all into it.
What I'm saying is that you should be more sensitive to the topic because there are many different factors that contribute to these ailments nowadays and going vegan isn't the answer for some or even most.
