People seem to be forgetting that Diamond is based on shipments not actual sales. She may even be at 7 million shipped by year end. This album is selling so consistently that retailers will be happy to hold big stock (in fact, they'd be stupid not to). It may only need to 'sell' 8.5 million to be 10 million shipped. This album is going Diamond in 2012, no question. Y'all forgetting the Grammys boost?? How many shipments will happen in the weeks leading up the show??

not possible. it's at 5.5 atm. low sales in january. yes grammys in february, but that won't sell 3-4 mil.
