Because it wasn't in the source. And no one said anywhere in the OP (or in the thread) that it's on Anghami. I don't use Anghami, so I don't recognize the app from one picture that claims it's released in 2 days.
I checked the OP, saw no release date, saw no release dates in the sources, and closed the thread.
That's standard procedure.

Surely you don't expect the mods to take half an hour to investigate if everything's correct? No, that's the OP's job.
