And what about the music industry itself? I know that stanning for a female artist is different than being interested in the music industry, but have you ever noticed how a lot of men working in the music industry are straight? Even if ATRL is very focused on the artists, there are also a TON of discussions about marketing, singles, strategies for albums...all things that fit with these label heads' jobs. So if these men run record labels, how come they can't use ATRL and like a female artist?

ATRL caters to most (but not all) of gay people's interest. It could be discussion wise but it's most fueled by popular female artists.

Focusing on the exception to the rule and saying that it invalidates the thousands on instances that indicate something is (for the most part) such is as silly as saying there are no exceptions to the rule.
