Her husband works at Sony and Sony doesn't want to lose Luke or damage his reputation as a producer because he is $$$ and Luke doesn't want to let Kesha go, therefore Sony does not want Kesha to go either. The judge is CONNECTED to Sony very closely - through MARRIAGE - so why would she let Kesha go? She did exactly what her husband wanted her to do which was treat the case like a joke.
