My parents call me 'useless' all the time, because I don't clean around the house. They don't know it hurts my feeling very much, but I just shake it off.

My whole family and friends, also doubt everything I do, like when I was a kid, me and my siblings took guitar lessons together, my parents didn't buy me a guitar, but they bought a guitar for my brother and sister, while they let me use a small old guitar with snapped off strings... because they thought I would give up, but it turned out I became the only one who learned how to play guitar, and I'm the only one who didn't give up.

As far as ATRL no one's said anything hurtful to me

In real life I think I was most hurt when I got my promotion at work and was having a hard time with the new work load. The store manager sent an email out where she criticized my performance for everyone to see. I felt like **** and it made me want to cry.

But now I'm doing much better and that bitch is gone so HA.

He told me this during dinner. I left .He called me a few times but I didn't pick up my phone. It wasn't even the fact that he wanted to go to military the issue was he didn't even include me or our relationship in his decision and I'm not wasting 10 years of my life waiting for somebody that doesn't value my opinion so I didn't see reason why I should talk to him any longer.

You really need to grow a thicker skin if you're going to put yourself out there. Not trying to lecture or make you feel bad, but you'll eventually improve so much more once you let go of your insecurities.
