Ok so the latest theory about "Hey Girl" is that, the version of the album that leaked is the clean version, which doesn't include "Hey Girl" because maybe there's too much bad language and it wouldn't make sense to get rid of the bad language so the song is only on explicit versions of the album.

It's bleeped out cause the clean version of the album is what leaked. The Explicit album hasn't leaked yet.
