Oh, please. No one is obligated to share the crown with Colombia. If it were Colombia who ended up with the crown instead and mistakenly given to Philippines initially, you would not be saying this.

And even if she had split the crown, the comittee would still be acknowledging Pia as the rightful winner. 
Yes, but even if Pia had shared the crown people would still be talking about this incident and how tragic it was for Miss Columbia. It's humiliating for Pia too.
