I lost a lot of respect for her. I'll never go to a Madonna show again. She was supposed to start at 8 and didn't hit the stage and start lip-syncing until 11. She got on stage and the first thing she asked the audience was "Do you love me?" There was a lot of booing and a lot of cheering but I and my friends were upset.

I don't think it would it cost much for Ticketmaster to send a mass mailing (e-mail) to say the main performer doesn't arrive on stage until 10 or after? Her official schedule (which is posted somewhere in the MDNA thread) has her start time at 10 as well. She's never had any intention of starting before 10.

She was the literal meaning of late in Denver, though, as she has consistenly come out at about 10:30 in the rest of the country (+Canada) save for one performance that I think was closer to ten.
