Crunch time, lol. I wanna say I'll come up with commentary for everything before time's up, but I won't really feel passionate/particularly anecdotal till we reach the top half.

"chasing time"
Admittedly, this languished in my iTunes library with tennish plays till
BWET dropped. I was tired of loose singles and broken promithes. But what a coup to make the lead single off your oft-delayed debuted a tune about the impermanence of time and wasting what (relative) little we have on her (read: youuuuuu-uh.) A songlength nod to the most prophetic
bridge of all time - and her then-best moment to date - "Chasing Time" proved to be all we never knew we needed...mostly because we never thought we'd get it.

"break free"
An Ariana solo top ten has eluded us thus far, but we kinda-sorta got it with this EDM number. Intergalactic staccato CHR concession from our mumbly pipsqueak popette.
My favorite part:
"Now that I've become who I really yummmm."

"bo$$"
So many damn hooks.
So many ****ing QUOTABLES.
Slogan after slogan after En Vogue style harmony after FLOTUS shoutout after
The Writing's On the Wall-inspired hoodboogerism.
"Purse so heavy"
maybe getting present-day Ricki Lake dollars, but they have no album yet so pushing it? Yes.
