I remember last year everyone saying ATRL would be a mess because of the trinity, who would have thought it's because they're discounting their stuff?

To be fair, it's not like Nicki's reviews are much better from what I've read.

Cutting ticket deals isn't a sign of a struggling tour. The higher priced seats were outrageous, her label shouldn't have made them so expensive. Especially considering the likes of other touring peers give their shows at these same prices upfront. So I don't see that as a bad thing. The article shows the tickets were bought when they were more affordable.
I'm glad they also report on the positive aspects of the tour, though. It's a 50/50 article.

Here's the thing... ya'll can complain all you want, but the article is NOT false. Britney's tickets ARE being sold for 50% on Groupon.com for some of her shows. Period. This is fact.

While Nicki is hot on the charts at the moment, people saw her at the Billboard Music Awards, and her performance was bashed so....

GaGa and her discounted albums and now Britney and her discounted tour tickets. We just have to live with it.

I see what this about-- searching for consolation. There is no need to take it out on Britney.

I see a certain stanbase is enjoying the lackluster sales of the tour. I cannot wait to watch NBC tonight.

All the popstars discount their merchandise. GaGa's album get discounted without proper label consent, Katy Perry discounts her albums every other week, Britney discounts her tickets when she's expected to sell out her shows, Rihanna has discounted her singles to get them to #1, & albums as well, & Ke$ha has discounted her albums to get them to debut with high #s & @ #1 as well.
All a mess.

I told ya'll this when there were still tickets available for Nassau Colliseum days after, unlike Circus tour, which sold out right away.
