Bisexual/gay men men get mocked whether they are out or not. In our culture, being closeted implies that a person is secretly homosexual. Therefore, mocking someone for being closeted is a gay slur by default. I get what you're saying, but it doesn't work like that. When someone makes fun of DL men for being DL, they're not mocking their mocking them for being Secretive, so much as they're mocking them for their homo/bisexuality.
